Refund and return Policy
Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. Spiritual work involves time, energy, and sacred rituals that cannot be undone or returned once they have been initiated. As such, we do not offer refunds on any of the services provided, including but not limited to:
- Love Spells (gay love spells, rekindle love, get back lost love, etc.)
- Marriage and Divorce Spells
- Money Spells
- Ritual Prayers
- Traditional Healing
We ask that you be certain and fully committed before booking any spiritual service.
Service Commitment
Baba Mruti takes every case seriously and devotes personalized attention to each client. While spiritual work is powerful, it is also deeply personal and outcomes may vary depending on spiritual alignment, individual circumstances, and divine timing. No practitioner can ethically guarantee 100% success or fixed timelines.
Reworking or Adjustments
In rare cases where follow-up work or additional support is needed, Baba Mruti may offer adjustments or perform a follow-up ritual at his discretion. This is considered part of the spiritual journey and is not a substitute for a refund.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a service before any work has been initiated, you may request to reschedule or transfer the service to another person. However, once the ritual or spell work has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and clear intentions. Spiritual outcomes depend on full cooperation, belief, and alignment with the energy being invoked.
